We visited all the U.S. National Parks and made a game to celebrate them

It started in 2009...

John and Terry Binkele were nearing retirement and decided it was time for an adventure, the one they'd dreamt of most: they would visit every major U.S. national park.

It was a huge undertaking, requiring hundreds of hours of planning and travel, but they did it. It was the experience of a lifetime.

On the trip, John took thousands of beautiful photos, and it gave him an idea. He asked his son Charlie (a game designer and artist): "What if we made a game about visiting the national parks?"

Charlie loved the idea, the family went to work, and Trekking the National Parks was born. The game is now in its second edition, which has sold more than 100,000 copies in less than two years.
